Rowing on American Lake South of Tacoma, Commencement Bay Rowing Club Juniors Program (middle school thu High School), is seeking coaches for the 2021-2022 season. We have part-time hourly positions afternoons Mon-Fri (some Sat am) open for lead coaches and assistant coaches. We have been consistently competitive at both the local and national level. We are a program based on a journey process for all athletes. Pay is hourly based upon experience, and additional hours may be available for the candidate that possesses boat repair and/or interest in coaching our master’s program. Our season begins in September and you will be working in conjunction with our solidly experienced coaching staff.
